Twenty Beachfront Bures & Thirteen Air-conditioned Garden View Hotel Rooms.

BEACHFRONT BURES: Twenty spacious two room beachfront bures, with two queen size beds, living room with two sofa beds, bar with refrigerator, tea/coffee making facilities, coffee plunger, clock/radio, coffee table and two chairs plus patio with two beach lounges. The Bures are traditional Fijian design with high ceilings lined with hand painted Tapa, they have been designed to catch the breeze and feature louvered windows throughout, overhead fans, and double glass sliding doors opening on to the patio which overlooks the ocean. Ensuite bathroom with twin vanities, granite bench, European fittings and Italian tiles – hair dryer, bathrobe & amenities.

Bures will accommodate maximum 2 adults & 3 children 12 years to 15 years or 4 adults.

GARDEN VIEW HOTEL ROOMS: Thirteen Garden View, air-conditioned Hotel Rooms, ground level all in a row, set amongst tropical gardens. One room, queen size bed, bar unit with refrigerator & sink, tea/coffee making facilities, coffee plunger, clock/radio, table and two chairs, small patio with table and two chairs. Ensuite bathroom, single vanity and marbleised bench, European fittings and Italian tiles – hair dryer, bathrobe & amenities.

Hotel Rooms will accommodate a couple only, not suitable for twin share as only one queen size bed.

Dining & Entertainment
MATAMANOA’s Restaurant features an ocean view from every table, dine inside or on the verandah overlooking the ocean or poolside under the stars. Vegetarians, whilst we will make all efforts to provide vegetarian meals, please note that choice is very limited. A string band serenades each table nightly during dinner, singing your choice of song, or Fijian songs.

After dinner, lots of fun with something different every night, Mr. Matamanoa contest, crab racing, broom dancing, kava ceremony are just some of the few.

Lunch is an A la Carte Menu with a Daily Blackboard Special plus Pasta of the day

Dinner is a choice of either the Table d’hote Menu or an A la Carte Menu either on FB or HB & the Saturday Evening BBQ Seafood Buffet

Fruit juices, tea & coffee are included with breakfast, tea & coffee are included with lunch and dinner, however the Meal Plan does not include any other beverages

Both the A la Carte & Table d’hote Menus are changed nightly

Meal Plan can either be pre-purchased, or on arrival at the Island & may be purchased for the entire stay or just one day.

Full American Breakfast is Complimentary.

Diving
Matamanoa Island Resort has a PADI 5 star dive centre, with quality equipment and professional guides. There are a range of dive courses available at their on-site PADI Dive School for non-divers wishing to learn how to dive. Explore the beautiful dive sites in the Mamanuca Islands!

Matamanoa is a honeymoon paradise - white beaches, island seclusion, our helpful and friendly staff, luxurious surroundings, excellent cuisine. Enjoy a variety of tropical massages on the beach. Marry on the beach at sunset under a tropical woven-leaf arch with traditional ’tapa’ mats at your feet, or choose anywhere on the island if you prefer. Two Fijian warriors plus a bridesmaid in traditional Fijian costume escort the bride. Our wedding co-ordinator arranges everything for you, from beautiful tropical orchid bouquet & matching buttonhole, to staff choir, video, photographer, and romantic champagne dinner for two.
